Children 6 – 12 years old, 20% discount on the price of Adult | In Van Tour they must use an appropriate accent (included) up to 135cm, or they are not required as long as they are 150cm or 12 years old. In Jeep Tour, only from 12 years old.
Cancellations made up to 2 days in advance, 10% of the deposit or payment will be retained.
Cancellations made less than 1 day prior to the start of the activity will be charged 40 % of the value. For cancellations in the previous 3 hours, No-Show or problems with air or sea transport, 85% of the value of the activity will be charged.
Cancellations due to weather conditions, a value of 20€ per person will be retained of the deposit or payment for administrative costs and management of the reservation. The one referred to in the previous line ceases to have effect if the company Azores Escape and the client/agency find an alternative date/time. If the customer incurs expenses or losses from a cancellation on the same day due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen events beyond Azores’ control, the latter cannot be held responsible for them.
Activity prices are valid for bookings from January 1, 2024. A Azores Escape reserves the right to update prices according to the variation of the existing inflation during the year 2024.
The reservation will be confirmed upon payment in advance and sending the requested data to every booking.
The risks inherent to carrying out tourist entertainment experiences are covered by a personal accident policy and a civil liability policy, whose coverage is provided for in the legislation in force (request consultation).
Any unacceptable behavior carried out by the client during the tour, whether with the STAFF and/or other clients will result in the immediate termination of the services without the right to a refund of the amounts paid; must accept and respect the decisions of the responsible guide; Know and comply with the laws and regulations of hiking.
Azores Escape during its experiences may cover images and video (with sound) of these experiences. Thus, unless otherwise indicated in writing, prior to the completion of the experiment, the participant in the experiments assigns all rights and authorizes the use of the photos and videos collected during the experiments and in the periods before and after them, for placement on the website and sending of audiovisual material to all customers and in marketing and advertising actions of the company or its partners. All copyrights are also reserved to Azores Escape.
Azores Escape guarantees, by all possible means, the confidentiality of all data provided by its customers. The data subjects collected have the following rights: the right to information (article 10 of the DPA), i.e., at the time of collection, they must be informed of the purpose of the collection; right of access, rectification and deletion (article 11 of the LPD); and if the right to object (article 12 of the LPD) applies to the use of the data for marketing purposes or communication to third parties.
